Pleased to be working with an inspiring company that provide workplace furniture and solutions to the commercial sector. At the forefront of design, and a commitment to changing working environments for the better, the company are looking to recruit a pricing coordinator to support the bid manager and pricing team across all multi site function in the UK.


Based out of the companies Clerkenwell office. Therefore it is essential you have an easy commute in to London on a daily basis.


GBP30,000 basic

Yearly 10% bonus

The role

Develop pricing for bids and tenders

Reviewing all tender documents to ensure there are no errors and the correct information is being submitted to clients

Working closely with purchasing and sales team to negotiate pricing for contracts

Assisting with client issues and carefully selecting and ordering required furniture for individual projects

Provide support across all UK sites and operations in South East and North UK

General administration of pricing and tender work

Liaise with design, sales, and operations team


Experience in a pricing role within the interiors or construction industry

Understanding and experience of the complex nature of bid preparation and pricing

Track record in up-selling and negotiation

Sound presentation skills and comfortable communicating on all levels with B2B clients

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Team player

Advanced Microsoft Office and presentation skills

Desirable but not essential that you hold a Degree in Business or Finance
