The Role:

Within this role, you will be recruiting across several areas within Engineering and Manufacturing to include:

- Health and safety

- Maintenance and reliability

- Operations/production management

- Project/programme management

- Quality/technical

- Research and development

- Six sigma, lean and process improvement

A typical day in this role will involve a variety of business relations, advertising, interviewing and off-site client sales meetings.

You will be tasked with finding highly qualified candidates in the above sectors and promoting them into new clients in the South West.

The Ideal Candidate:

You should be the type of person who strives to provide a service that is consultative not conventional, personalised not prescriptive. You should have an objective, responsive and solution-oriented approach that will reconcile the needs of the professional and the company hiring.

The positon requires someone to have a professional persona face to face and verbally as you will communicating with global businesses on a daily basis.

You will undergo formal training and company induction; however we are looking for someone who thinks outside the box and pushes the boundaries to ensure results are delivered.

At least 6 months' Recruitment or Sales experience is necessary for this role .

You should possess a self-motivated, driven and money-oriented nature with the desire and hunger for success. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working within a highly professional environment and you should be able to prove a high standard of sourcing and negotiating skills.

Driving licence - Essential (someone close to passing their test will be considered)
