My client are looking to appoint several Recruitment Executives. The successful candidates will be based in a new Contact Centre, working closely with the wider Employer Solutions and regional apprenticeship delivery teams to recruit apprentices.

Key to this role is to match learners to job vacancies by screening and identifying key skills that are suitable for the roles they are applying for. You will have set targets and KPI's around screening, matching and ultimately filling job vacancies with suitable candidates.

You will need to possess excellent organisational and administrative skills. The post holders will need to have strong negotiation and communication skills and a commercial astuteness to ensure you achieve successful apprenticeship placements.

Essential skills and experience required;

* Experience of delivering high volumes of work to tight deadlines whilst also maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of the work.
* Experience of liaising with both internal and external partners and organisations
* Excellent communication skills in writing, on the telephone and face to face
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels in a confident, professional and helpful manner
* Excellent inter-personal skills
* Excellent database management skills, including the ability to import data into excel and produce graphs, word and PowerPoint
* Excellent word processing and PC skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and mail merge
* Ability to plan and organise a busy workload, often to strict deadlines
* Ability to work independently and use own initiative
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a demanding environment
* Ability to negotiate
* The following experience is preferred:

* Experience of working within a busy recruitment environment as a recruiter or resourcer.
* Experience and knowledge in the skills training and apprenticeship sector
* Knowledge of work-based learning and local labour market and recruitment needs
