We are looking for Nurse's RGN qualified to join our progressive team at our home Francis Court in Copthorne.

The Home

Located in the picturesque village of Copthorne, Francis Court Care Home is one of the premier residential and dementia care homes in West Sussex. Offering the highest standard of care for older people in a new, modern and purpose-built facility.
The Role
•You will be a qualified and experienced Nurse RGN who has a proven track record and willing to work full time nights
•You will provide leadership within the clinical team and be a Nurse RGN or RMN that leads by example and acts as a champion for resident's safety and dignity.
•To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines
•Be a supportive mentor to the wider team in regards to up skilling non clinical staff and supporting new members of the team.
•Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used
•Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice

Skills and experiences
RGN is essential along with evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice). Experience of working with older people is required as are excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plan, allocate and delegate work appropriately
