We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team here at Marcus Donald within the London Office.

THE ROLE

The role is to manage, build and develop client accounts at Marcus Donald. You will act as a key point of contact for our key accounts and will ensure that Marcus Donald has access to all live jobs for the account. You will champion Marcus Donald to our clients with a view to adding value within the business as well as raise and improve the profile of Marcus Donald.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER
  • Maintain and develop all key accounts by networking with existing and new managers
  • Review and qualify all vacancies from the client
  • Resource all vacancies within your key accounts
  • Meet all shortlisted candidates to fully qualify and prepare (where necessary)
  • Proactively seek new opportunities or growth plans of the key accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure that quality and compliance are delivered at all times throughout the recruitment process
  • Where relevant, you will lead and manage PSL reviews and pitch meetings
  • Qualify and support the development of further accounts
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER
  • Experienced 360 recruiter or Account Manager with B2B sales experience
  • Evidence of previous client relationships which have resulted in winning business
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
