We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Admin Resourcer to plan monitor and manage all marketing material and social media activities. Main responsibilities will include providing efficient candidate search solutions and strategy via social media and online marketing. Working closely with our team of highly talented Recruitment Consultants, you will be responsible for advertising, searching, sourcing and communicating with colleagues, clients, candidates and other external partners to assist with specific client hiring projects.

You will be responsible for creating, posting, monitoring, tracking and refreshing all job adverts and collating management information to help streamline and improve business performance wherever possible.

We are looking for the type of individual who has a flair for improving and influencing change. A confident and patient people person, who can monitor existing processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement and enhance business performance.

This new post is integral to our ambitious growth plans. Therefore you must be able to demonstrate experience of success within a similar role and a desire to drive, lead and inspire excellence from other within the team.

Previous marketing experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Recruitment or Human Resources would be a distinct advantage. However we are more interested in marketing experiences candidates, who have sound business ethics and a genuine desire to deliver success.

Duties:
• Writing quality material for various regular advertising campaigns.
• Planning, agreeing and delivering marketing projects.
• Sourcing candidates via existing job boards, internal CRM and social
media channels.
• Post job adverts on various job boards and all social media channels.
• Monitor and track quality of applications and traffic from each medium.
• Support in the screen and shortlisting of candidates for various client
projects.
• Send all applicants relevant material.
• Support and improve vacancy projects with applicant shortlisting
processes.
• Use CRM and social media to create quality candidate marketing
campaigns.
• Review and refresh all adverts.
• Answering telephone calls and provide general administration support.
• Monitor and improve candidate database and management processes.
• Ensure both vacancy and candidate checklists are completed.
• Identify sales leads/back fill opportunities via your candidates.
• Collate all sales leads information from colleagues, Recruiters and Line
Managers.
• Monitor sales leads and manage the progress with colleagues and line
managers
