WE have a very exciting new role on with a fully integrated Healthcare agency in Central London. Our client is looking for an Account Executive to join their client services team. As an account executive, you will be one of the points of contact between the agency client services, creative and digital teams and play a role in the delivery of brand success and agency profitability.

You will be eager to learn about our clients, industry and organisation and be adept at managing projects through the agency from brief to final delivery to the client. You will be passionate about the work they deliver and be a role model within the agency.
You will have proven record of successfully working on multi-channel projects under the direction of a senior client service lead.

Background, core skills & behaviours required:

• With a science or speciality marketing degree, 1+ year's agency experience (ideally Healthcare), the account executive will possess an understanding of the healthcare market.
• An understanding of the role of agencies and how they work to deliver a high standard of service to all client needs organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, work to and within deadlines and to juggle multiple projects - strong time management skills verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak and interact with client and all staff across the agency to drive projects through to completion.
• Ability to problem solve and think one step ahead
• Driving tactical initiatives to ensure deliverables are met
• Have knowledge of client brands and markets
• Knowledge of the ABPI/EFPI and the ability to apply them practically
• Experienced in managing the tactical elements of healthcare brand communications
• Understand the role the different tactical elements play in the promotional setting
• An eye for the innovative to see new opportunities and solutions to client challenges
• Ability to reliably follow direction from client partner and project manager successfully, adding own contribution to provide a high standard of service to clients to flag issues and contribute to solving them
• Ability to respond to clients in a timely and professional manner

Responsibilities include:

Client Services:

• Supporting client partners and project managers on the day-to-day management of relevant accounts supports to influence client strategies, helping to translate this understanding into actionable creative briefings.
• Collaborates with creative and other internal teams on brand messaging strategy and prepare weekly client communication for any projects assigned
• Contribute to the development of strong client relationships
• Manage client expectations based on the project specifications
• Prepare deliverables for client review
• Support client partner in preparing for meetings and developing contact reports post meetings
• Coordinate and attend audio record sessions or photo or video shoots

Project management:

Managing projects throughout the agency from kick off to delivery. Ensuring all projects adhere to the agreed workflow. This can include but not limited to:

• Briefing minor amends (both copy and design) into creative team
• Load documents onto zinc (or other client workflow tool)
• Update status reports both internal and client facing and leading client timeline discussions and manage project estimates and timelines updating them as appropriate
• Communicate project progress on a weekly basis with the client services lead including reconciling against time and budget project resources, booking time into Ganttic for all projects
• Responsible for writing clear and detailed project documentation including statements of work, estimates, assumptions, project plans/timelines, etc.
• Work with PM Manager in order to staff projects appropriately
• Collaboration with client service staff for staffing and information sharing
• Ensure quality control review of deliverables
• Supports to resolve complex production and project issues with a collaborative
• solutions-based approach

Financial tracking:

• Support client team on project financials
• Reconcile project costs

New business support:

• Assist in the creation of new business materials
• Participate in new business calls
