We are a newly established, financially secure domiciliary care company managed by very experienced management team with many years of experiences in all aspects of care. We focus on the direct payment and private market. We will be providing a high quality bespoke person centered service to individuals in their own homes in Gloucestershire, West Oxfordshire & surrounding areas including the Cotswolds.

We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator to assist the Registered Manager to lead and develop the team. Your duties will include:
- Care planning and team coordination
- Meeting with prospective clients to discuss their needs
- Conducting risk assessments
- Quality assurance visits
- Ensure that the service meets or exceeds CQC regulations
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and referral partners

We hope the ideal candidate for this role will have:
- NVQ 2/3 or above
- IT skills (MS Office, social media, and willing to be trained to use latest care management systems)
- A track record of managing and motivating a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
