Regional Vice President of Sales - Hips & Knees
Mackenzie Stuart are currently working with a leading Orthopaedic company who specialise in Hip & Knee implants. They are currently looking for a regional Vice President of Sales for West USA. The role will be based in California.

Responsibilities
*Report to the National Vice President of Sales
*Manage a team of Sales managers and distributor agents
*Develop and implement a strategic commercial plan to increase sales growth and market share in line with the company targets
*Provide weekly forecasting to the senior leadership team

Requirements
*At least 5-8 years' experience in senior sales management in Hips & Knees
*Excellent written and verbal communication and presentational skills
*Strong interpersonal skills
*A proven track record of increasing sales growth within he Hips & Knees markets
*Excellent negotiation skills
