Salary: GBP18.50 per hour (GBP34,500 - GBP46,000 per annum) + GBP1000 Welcome Bonus and excellent benefits

Hours: Full time or part time hours available

Shifts: Days or Nights available - flexible shifts

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN ) to work within a beautiful care home in a rural location just outside of Oxford. This care home is set in the picturesque countryside and has lovely gardens for residents to enjoy. The home provides palliative, nursing, dementia care and respite care for elderly residents and those with dementia. Staff morale is very high and there is a very welcoming atmosphere to the home.

The home has an excellent CQC report and a very good reputation in the local community. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for helping to improve and maintain the standards of the home.

The home manager is very flexible with shifts; they are able to accommodate both part time or full time hours, on either days or nights or a combination of the two.

Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN all considered) with some solid nursing experience post-qualification. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC and be eligible to work in the UK.
