A very well established company based in Newport are looking for a New Office Manager that has a varied background in both Administration and Accounts (Please see essentials below).

Benefits:

* Hours are Full time Monday to Friday

Essentials:

* Must have a full driving license
* At least 3 years of Management/ Supervisory experience
* Invoicing and Sales ledger knowledge
* Excellent relationship building skills - client contact. (B2B)
* Sage software experience as well as being proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel
* Credit control experience, payroll experience, book keeping knowledge e.g. VAT returns and reconciliations
* Strong administration background
* Construction/ engineering/ Manufacturing office background would be a great advantage
* Ability to work autonomously

The role:

You will be asked to manage the sides of both accounts team and admin team, your duties will include VAT returns, invoicing, credit control, reconciliations, building relationships with existing clients, setting up management systems and other general office management.
