Job Title: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Hartlepool, Durham

Salary: GBP25,500 - GBP36,500 per annum (GBP15 - GBP16 per hour) negotiable depending on experience

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available

Shifts: Days or Nights available

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Deputy Manager within a beautiful nursing home based in Hartlepool. This warm and friendly service provides person centred care to the elderly and residents with dementia. This versatile service offers residential care, general nursing care, end of life and respite care. The home also caters for younger adults with physical disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their fantastic well established homes in Hartlepool. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. This service is ideally situated close to public transport links and within walking distance to the marina in Hartlepool.

This warm and cosy nursing home is very well run and offers a great opportunity to work alongside an award winning and approachable Home Manager. The Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Manager to assist with the smooth running of the home.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous leadership/ managerial experience are essential for this position.
