Hours: 37 per week, 52 weeks per year

Spine Point: 38 - 40

Salary GBP37,620

London South East Colleges (LSEC) is new. We are the result of the merger of 3 colleges and are the leading Further and Higher Education College in South East London.

The HR Department is very busy and we have an exciting and fast paced agenda ahead to ensure that we attract and retain the very best talent, our students receive an outstanding experience and we support a number of innovative plans for the College.

To ensure that the HR Department can meet these demands and add value to all areas of the College we have identified the need for a new role of HRIS Data Manager.

Reporting to the HR Transactional Services Manager, the HRIS Data Manager will be a consummate systems professional ideally with iTrent experience or experience of configuring complex HR data systems including the implementation of workflow and business objects.

The successful candidate will have a record of adding value by providing accurate data to inform decision making and continually enhancing systems to improve efficiency, record keeping and value for money.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' DBS (formerly CRB) check.
