This is what Jennifer, our Stoke-On-Trent Branch Manager has to say:

Hi Im Jenny, the Branch Manager for Stoke, I decided to join Helping Hands as I have always wanted the opportunity to run a branch the right way with the right values and culture embedded from the very beginning. I believe that good service stands by its ethos; a company should always listen to and care about its customers, delivering a service which takes pride in going above and beyond to help its customers feel cared and valued for. Im looking for carers, experienced or not that just have a passion for helping people, if you have the right outlook, we can train the rest. Interested? Come and talk to us, wed love to hear from you.

Ten reasons youll want to come and work with us:

Induction training held at your local branch
GBP100 welcome bonus to all new carers
Generous rates of pay with bank holiday enhancements
Guaranteed hours available, with specific hours
Generous mileage allowance
Ongoing specialist care training & the opportunity to take QCF qualifications
Flexible working hours to suit you including mornings, evenings & weekends
Dedicated support and ongoing feedback from your care manager
