We are recruiting for an experienced recruitment Consultant with a background in Hospitality Recruitment to join our Specialist Permanent Division.

The Bristol office is the home for a very exciting permanent recruitment division and we are looking for talented experienced Senior Consultants to join us on this journey.

We are looking for a proven consultant who has opperated and delivered in a full 360 degree recruitment environment previously. The role will sit within an established team of senior consultants who have a great dynamic and driven work ethic.

Key Accountabilities

- Developing new business within the Hospitality sector.

- Attracting new candidates through networking, advertising and social media

- Managing client relationships in a highly competitive marketplace

- Building strong commercial relationships with businesses of all sizes, from global multinationals to rapidly growing SME's

- Building a sustainable business with ongoing forecastable revenue.

Skills & Experience:

- Capable of communicating to a high commercial level.

- Skilled at understanding the career aspirations of the candidate pool

- Confident in offering innovative recruitment solutions to their clients

- Able to demonstrate strong business acumen in order to capitalize on opportunities

- Can demonstrate networking skills and who prides themselves in developing their knowledge of the market they operate in

- Willing to Learn, interested in being an experienced consultant in a fast-paced competitive market.

- Experience in Hospitality Recruitment
