This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly-growing international Matchmaking Agency in a Sales-focused role.

Lovestruck Infinity is an exclusive, bespoke matchmaking and introduction Agency from multi award-winning online dating site Lovestruck.com. It’s been designed purely for those looking for committed, meaningful relationships, but without the time to do so themselves.

This is no normal telemarketing sales role; you will be working closely with the MD, Matchmakers and Services team, where you will play a central role in maximising our face-to-face meetings at a time of rapid expansion. We are flexible about location - choose to work from home, in the office or both!

Responsibilities:

  • Calling Clients on the Lovestruck database and converting them into quality F2F appointments for our Matchmakers
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of telemarketing/ telesales and managing outbound lead generation campaigns (B2B or B2C)
  • Structured sales-oriented approach with strong, listening and objection handling skills
  • Naturally interested in psychology and the world of matchmaking
  • Influencing skills, confident with questioning and prospecting
  • Self-driven, hard-working and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Degree-educated , with excellent spoke and written English
  • A clear, charming and impeccable phone / email manner
  • You are a “people person” – approachable, engaging and empathetic
  • You are confident in your ideas and willing to push them at a senior level within the business

What we offer:
