My Client based in Tilbury are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
*Processing payroll on a monthly basis from start to finish
*Inputting of new starters and Leavers
*Processing starter and leaver documents
*Inputting of Time sheets
*Dealing with payroll queries
*Reconciling Court Orders and PAYE on a monthly basis
*Administering pensions and file submissions
*Submitting of BACS payments
*Keeping up to date with new government legislation.
*Ensuring record keeping, document filling and archiving are up to date
Along with a variety of other tasks as and when required.
Education / Qualifications
*:* Educated to GCSE or higher level
Competence / Skills:
*Literate and numerate to a high standard
*Excellent attention to detail
*Experience of Payroll is essential minimum of 2 years + Level 2 Payroll diploma will be required for this position
*MS Office systems incl. MS Excel (intermediate), MS Word (intermediate), Outlook, Internet Explorer
Hours of work will be 8am to 4pm, however during sickness and holidays may be required to work 9am - 5pm.
