An experienced Credit Controller is required for a specialist manufacturing business in Doncaster.

Our client is a small, down to earth and highly successful, privately owned Company with some high profile, Blue Chip clients on their ledger.

As a result of significant business growth they are expanding their existing team by recruiting an experienced Sales Ledger / Credit Controller who and will play an active role in liaising with several key, highly valued customers.

This is an excellent, wide ranging opportunity where the successful applicant will be able to take ownership of the Credit Control / Sales Ledger function, enhancing and adding to the Organisations existing systems and processes.

Applicants must have a confident manner and similar, previous experience:

* Contacting clients via telephone and email on a periodic basis to recover on outstanding invoices.
* Sending out invoices, copy invoices and statements.
* Carrying out credit checks on potential, new clients.
* Verifying credit limits on existing clients.
* Putting accounts on hold if necessary, until payments are recovered and negotiating payment arrangements.

Applicants will ideally be familiar with Sage Line 50.

You will also provide Purchase Ledger cover for a colleague during holidays or any periods of absence
