Arthur Jackman Associates are working with an ambitious independently owned Independent Financial Advisors who are expanding and with this continued growth an opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planner to join them. You will be joining a proactive, diligent and highly driven team of professional Chartered Financial Planners.

They provide the very best financial future for their clients and are building towards being recognised as a leading independent Financial Planning business in Leicestershire.

Developing and building the business on long term relationships with their clients, providing only the very best financial advice to private individuals, families, business owners and directors alike, they aim to continue rapport and relationships with clients and gaining credible recommendations and referrals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team of advisers who will provide full support. You will be Level 4 qualified with CAS status and excellent relationship management skills. Leads will be provided but you will be required add to this with your own relationships and networking skills.

Duties will Include:
• Utilising your exemplary business development and relationship management expertise to contact clients set up meetings
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances - current and future
• Knowledge and understanding the marketplace to provide clients with information on new and existing products and services
• Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation
• Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments
• Ensure sufficient client information obtained and analyse information gathered
• Undertake sufficient product and market research in conjunction with Paraplanners
• Assisting clients to make informed decisions
• Promoting and selling financial products to meet given or negotiated sales targets

Skills and Experience required:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
• Self-motivation and organization
• Excellent financial services knowledge and level 4 qualification with CAS status
• A good level of numeracy and IT skills
• Absolute discretion and a thorough understanding of client confidentiality
• Ability to add content to your portfolio by attending varied networking events, etc
