We are currently recruiting for:

* Onsite Account Manager
* Based in Slough Berkshire
* GBP20-GBP25K Depending on experience
* Night Shift - 19:00-08:00 over 3 nights (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday)
* Some hours to be spent in the Feltham Branch

Operational Focus

* Proactively manage the day to day operational issues of the temporary workforce as designated by the Client requirements, contract KPIs and Staffing Match processes
* Ensure a constant available pool of fully compliant staff are available to fill bookings.
* Ensure that performance targets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements are met
* Regularly monitor and manage to Staffing Match compliance targets & procedures
* Recruit, train and manage Staffing Match Account Coordinators, when required
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative duties including, where appropriate, payroll

Client & People Focus

* Build and maintain effective client relationships with key contacts, line managers and temporary workforce
* Work effectively and efficiently to achieve the KPIs set out in the SLA
* To build strong relationships between client management, temporary workforce and resourcing team
* Understand the peak recruitment needs of the client and, in conjunction with the resourcing team, develop a resourcing strategy to meet the business requirements
* Ensure that all queries/issues raised by the customer are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner
* Ensure that new starter reviews are conducted inline with the SLA and that any issues are escalated to the client and Operations Manager / Business Director as required
* Manage the attendance of all temporary workers on assignment through the holiday, granted absence, lateness and conducting RTWs in a timely fashion, liaising with the delivery centre where appropriate
* Ensure that a regular update is given to the Operations Manager / Business Director to ensure that all queries and concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion

Recruitment & Process Focus:

* In conjunction with the resourcing team, co-ordinate the recruitment activity to ensure we recruit an effective temporary workforce as designated by the client
* Deliver new starter induction process where applicable, ensuring all candidates are aware of what is required of them and the support they will receive from Staffing Match
* Ensure that all administrative duties are carried out within a timely fashion with emphasis on quality and accuracy
* Update candidate details on Enterprise and uAttend where applicable, making sure that any issues are recorded
* If applicable, provide an accurate and timely payroll process for the temporary workforce including all aspects of timesheet processing, payroll administration and issue resolution
* Always work in a legally compliant manner
* Ensure all relevant client checks are completed prior to assigning candidates to a booking
