As the strategic client service lead on your accounts, you will be responsible for nurturing and building client relationships, with an excellent knowledge of clients' business, challenges and expectations. You will work closely with your team to provide guidance to your clients across a range of strategy and communications programmes including corporate reporting, strategy definition, communications planning and digital strategy and activation.
You are able to connect people, learnings, insights and ideas to maximize success for clients. You also have a good knowledge of project processes (print and digital) and quality control, with an eye for detail. You are confident in steering your project teams to success and are also happy to be hands-on when required. You thrive on a challenge and on approaching accounts and projects in novel ways, questioning the status quo and thinking laterally to solve problems promptly and effectively. You have a proven track record in establishing and building profitable client accounts, ensuring projects deliver to commercial targets and confident in proactively growing accounts into new areas of work.
