Team Coordinator/ PA - Sales Marketing & Comm's Team - Investment Management Sector - Central London

A successful Boutique Asset Manager, based in Piccadilly London, are currently recruiting an experienced Team Coordinator/ PA. The purpose of this role is to provide highly efficient personal assistance and general support to the Sales, Marketing and Comm?s team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Support seeking a challenging, varied, progressive support role in the heart of London.

Key Responsibilities:

Extensive diary management and admin support to the Sale Marketing and Comm?s team.
Booking travel and accommodation, flights, taxis etc.
Expense processing support
Preparation of outgoing correspondence and various other documents.
Printing of materials for meetings across the Sales Marketing and Comm?s team
Management of contacts and mailing lists.
Keeping up to date with Sales Marketing and Comm?s activities across the organisation
General office administrative duties including typing, printing, collating of reports and covering reception for lunch breaks and at very busy periods.
Meet and greet clients, including booking meeting rooms, equipment and organising refreshments as necessary.
Telephone liaison - answer queries, take messages and field calls where appropriate

Essential Criteria:

2-4 years? experience as a Team Assistant/PA/Administrative Assistant
Experience working for an Asset Manager or in financial Services.
Excellent organisational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work proactively and cooperatively as a team player
Able to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach
Proficient in using Word, Power Point and Excel.
