In Experis IT, as a recruitment partner of the technological subsidiary of an important financial group located in Barcelona, we need to incorporate a Service Manager with strong experience working at banking field or insurance field for a project in Edinburgh.
Maintain a global vision in terms of IT services provided, communicate and support the implementation of this global vision in the team and into day to day business
-Ensure supplier reports are in accordance with the SLAs compliance.
-Align and interpret the global sourcing vision with the local vendor vision.
-Manage suppliers, supervise, control and approve actions while managing IT service projects
-Communicate and spread IT guidelines, standards, policies, procedures among technology teams
-Ensure business quality metrics are in place, be accountable for the coordination and supply between SABIS and SABIS UK
-Report to the client IT operations quality metrics (KPI), SLAs and services issues
-At least +3 years of relevant experience in IT service management, desirable experience in finance/insurance sector
-Degree in either computer science, communication systems, business and administration, telecommunications, informatics or industrial engineering, specialized in organization or study related to finance and banking services
-Proven knowledge and experience in finance and riskbanking operations. Understand the Bank industry and proven track familiarity with financial transactions
-Strong project management and team management skills e.g. planning, budget control, people management etc. Previous management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Expertise in managing a group of services and platforms assigned to different stakeholders. Understand the IT Operations management business and be able to delegate and solve issues quickly
-Expertise in managing teams in different locations
-Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage
-Fluent in English and having a Bachelor Degree are mandatory requirements
