Service Delivery Manager CARDS
In Experis IT, as a recruitment partner of the technological subsidiary of an important financial group located in Barcelona, we need to incorporate a Service Delivery Manager with strong experience working at banking field, specifically in CARDS for a project in Edinburgh.
Oversee the relationship with the 3rd party vendors related with the Banking Cards industry and the different stakeholders while maintaining contact with internal clients and vendors (Firstdata).
Apply your thorough understanding and experience of operational processes and procedures while daily supporting services. Manage daily maintenance and problem resolution tasks of Card Services to ensure optimal 24/7 performance for clients and suppliers. Set up projects and programs related to the Cards Service improvement aligning the internal Sabis technical and operational teams with general company??s principles and procedures. Report to the Service Management about risks and issues, service performance, projects and improvements to inform the final customer in the right way. Assure business continuity while overseeing high availability and disaster recovery policy, keeping documentation updated and taking into account future improvement to the whole service and procedures.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Cards Industry and analysis of cards related components
• Desired experience in finance/insurance sector
• Experience in banking cards with complex architecture and understand their operation and service management model
• Previous responsibilities in complex enterprise environments.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, business or finance
• Strong project and team management skills
• Ability to analyse and identify issues impacting operations and make sound decisions with a sense of urgency.
