Sky Recruitment Solutions have received an instruction from a well established client in the education sector for an experienced Financial Administrator - general remit is to manage the accounting and financial affairs of the business.

Working full time (Apply online only) (35 hours/week), the successful candidate will be entitled to 25 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays, free on site parking and other benefits.

Any candidate applying must have the following:

ACA/AAT level qualifiactions or QBE
Previous experience of payroll (processing BACS payments, PAYE/NIC deductions etc.)
Purchase ledger experience
SAGE 200 (or similar accountancy packages)

Due to the nature of this client's business, a professional outlook and appearance is crucial as members of the public often take tours of the site and it is likely that you will have regular contact. You will also be asked to undertake a criminal background check due to the nature of the business, and the people you will come into contact with will include young adults.

Producing (or at least assisting with) Management Accounts would also be an advantage, but is not essential, as would working knowledge of the Education sector.
