Corporate Logistics Admin Job Description

Summary Profile:

* Support department staff for the daily work to provide logistics-related functions in EMEA
* Assist the Corporate Administration Department with administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

* Support department staff for business trips, administration and internal expenses
* Reviewing and translating documents from English to Japanese
* Arrange itineraries, hotels and travel etc for visitors and communicate these to Tokyo colleagues
* Support the preparation of materials and rooms etc for meetings / seminars
* Liaising with the sales departments of EMEA & its subsidiaries and the Corporate Logistics division

Skills / Knowledge:

* A bright professional, with a flexible approach who enjoys a demanding office environment ,works well under pressure and takes direction well
* Advanced Excel skills('pivot' and 'Formulas' such as V look up, trim, if, and, or, right and left, and combinations of these etc), a good working knowledge of Word, Power Point and other IT systems
* Japanese language (written and spoken is essential)

Experience:

* Previous experience of working in Trading, Logistics or Compliance fields would be advantageous

Education:

* Candidates should be educated to A Level or equivalent.
