Account Manager GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 Salary Plus Commission

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join a progressive company where change and evolution is all part of the process. Our client prides itself on not having lost a client due to poor service.

The successful Account Manager will be reporting to the Commercial director and be part of a very professional and friendly team who enjoy team work and ensuring that their clients are satisfied.

Account Manager Objectives:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with your portfolio of customers. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products to our customers.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers.

• Meeting and contacting customers on a regular basis.

• Ensure the profitability of each job/worked to achieving company targets

• Contribute to and attend production and marketing meetings.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products to meet the customers' needs and objectives.

• Liaise with other team members to ensure continued customer services capacity during staff lunch breaks and absences.

We would like to hear from people who have SALES experience as you will be working to targets primarily you must have customer service experience in an office based environment.
