We are currently working with a large, international manufacturing business based in Sheffield who are currently seeking to add talent to their management accounting function. This is a really exciting time to join a business who are going through a transition period due to a merger.

They are currently seeking three individuals that they can train up through the management accounting department, on offer is an excellent training programme and package. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be trained up within all areas of management accounts and with the opportunity to move across departments in the future.

Duties include:

-Supporting an Operational Management Accountant with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
-Preparation of various KPI reports.
-Sales and margin analysis, stock and costings reporting.
-Variance analysis.
-Assisting with planning for the division including budgeting and forecasting.
-Working closely with operational heads to explain KPIs and variances.

Suitable candidates will:

-Be CIMA or ACCA qualified.
-Have some experience in all or some of the above areas.
-Be computer literate - SAP experience would be a huge advantage but not essential.
-Have intermediate Excel skills - VLookups, Pivot Tables and Formulas ideally.
-Be driven, ambitious and looking for a rewarding job that offers ample opportunity to progress.
-Ideally be available to start at short notice, however they are looking for the right individuals, so candidates who are on notice will still be considered.
