Our client, based in South London is currently recruiting for a ER Advisor on a permanent basis. The client is a leading College offering both Further and Higher Education courses.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to progress their career in HR, particularly with in employee relations. The post is also open to a Human Resources graduate.

The job, which is due to interview on w/c 5th June with the view to start immediately after has a salary of GBP24,000.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

* Provide professional HR advice and support to managers on a range of employee relations matters, such as restructures, trade union liaison
* Support with the efficient and effective case management of employee relations issues (e.g. sickness absence, probationary, discipline, grievance, and capability and conduct cases)
* Provide note taking and sound advice to managers at informal and formal meetings, during investigations and at hearings; drafting up reports as required
* Produce regular management information reports on pay and employee relations matters; analysing the reports as required
* Aid with the implementation of organisational change and provide advice to staff and managers in relation to redundancy and restructuring matters
* Update HR staff on employee relations matters to assist with the provision of an excellent service across the organisation
* Provide training and support to line managers on the operation of the organisation's employment policies, in particular sickness absence, probationary review procedure and the staff appraisal procedure
