This role is perfect for an experienced Physics Teacher that is looking to progress within a thriving department or an NQT that is looking for an exciting opportunity that will fully support your Induction Program.

The Position

As a Physics Teacher you will be expected to teach Physics to Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 within an already strong Science department. You will be required to teach the OCR syllabus up to A-level, making each Physics lesson you deliver enjoyable and enriching.

If your application is successful for this Physics Teacher role you will be joining an inner London secondary school in September on a full-time, permanent basis. Sharing a vision of excellence with the department, you will have the desire to maintain their outstanding grades in Physics.

Although you are part of the Science department you will be teaching Physics only; having the opportunity to use a fully resourced department in order to plan lessons and obtain the necessary materials that you feel will benefit your students. The school allow their teachers to bring their own teaching methods and styles to the school to ensure a diverse and enriching environment.

The Physics Teacher

To be the successful candidate for this Physics Teacher post, you must have a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status following the completion of your teacher training. You will have a strong subject knowledge and the ability to confidently teach Physics A-level within a fast-paced and energetic department that is renowned for getting the best out of its students.
