Robert Half is recruiting for a junior accounts assistant for a growing technology company based in Woking. This close-knit team has big plans for expansion in 2017 meaning that the opportunities for a candidate to move and develop within the business are unparalleled. Based in modern, spacious offices within walking distance of Woking Station with on-site parking, this is a fantastic environment for a junior candidate to develop their skills. The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a 2015 or 2016 graduate, with relevant finance experience taking place since graduation.

They will be studying towards either their AAT, ACCA or CIMA qualifications with the intent to progress their studies to completion.

They will be a proven self-starter, with the desire to take on responsibilities passed down by their line manager.

Your duties include:
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Supplier reconciliations and payments
  • Sales Ledger
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintenance of the fixed asset register
  • Cashflow forecasting
