Goodall brazier is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Manager that want's a next challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented leader to help shape and develop the Hospitals in London Brough.
The hospital is a 45-bedded unit is an Eating Disorder Services and specialist borderline personality disorder services to female client group. The other is a Female locked rehabilitation service for females. This provides a rehabilitation program for patients that have been in hospital for some time, with view to reintegration into the community.

Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for the management and overall day to day running of the hospital, including the clinical governance framework, managing staff resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and NHS contracts. You will also hold responsibility as the Registered Manager of the facility under the Care Quality Commission.

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled individual with a wealth of experience in the field to lead, inspire and motivate the new team. You will have significant management experience in a hospital setting along with experience working with adults with psychological, emotional and physical problems. You will be well versed with relevant CQC guidelines and legislations ensuring that all standards are not only adhered to but exceeded. As Hospital Manager you will also possess a proven track record of operational management of services, delivering quality patient outcomes and be competent in business management within a healthcare environment.
