This role mixes high volume admin in a busy finance team, and high volume customer service calls and emails, responding to invoice and payment queries, sometimes with difficult customers.

Job Description:
Printing and sending customer invoices
Batching and posting Direct Debit collections from customer accounts.
Creation & amendment of various customer reports in excel.
Batching supplier payments - CHAPs & BACs
Obtain mandate authorisations for CHAPs and BACs payments
Create & print supplier remittances
Operation of a customer service telephone helpline
Deal with queries relevant to role - S/L - invoice copies, P/L - payments made/due.
Various adhoc tasks.

Educated to A level standard - mandatory
Excellent customer service experience - mandatory
Excellent attention to detail - mandatory
Good knowledge of excel - preferable
Experience with Fleetware - desirable
Previous experience in a similar role - preferable

6 months contract.
