Our client, a corporate and established organisation based in Berkshire is currently recruiting for a Cashiering Administrator on a permanent basis. You will be working directly with the Client Banking manager effectively supporting and executing the administration of client bank accounts on behalf of the pension's team. This role will require high attention to detail, a process driven individual who can adapt easily and work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

* Daily raising of cheques and online payments for pension schemes, progressing the signature and returning documentation to the correct department within an agreed SLA.
* Maintain cash books for pension schemes using CashFAC, SAGE and Aviary internal systems, experience using these systems would be desirable.
* Liaising with other departments and external clients to gain new or existing information.
* Daily banking.
* Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
* Ensuring accurate and prompt filing of sensitive documentation.

Candidate Requirements

* Previous similar experience within a finance related role such as book keeping, cash book and reconciliation.
* Experience within handling payment requisitions.
* SAGE experience/knowledge would be advantageous.
* Experience in Pensions Accounting would be advantageous.
* Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Strong numerical knowledge.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* To be analytical, system focused and process driven.
