Financial planner role available for a commercially aware individual who aspires to be part of a vibrant, growing company who offer great opportunities for career progression.

The role will suit an individual who is from a finance, accountancy or economics background and has had commercial experience. Graduates who have completed a placement year in a commercial or FMCG setting will be considered.

The role will entail implementing the commercial strategy for each of the company's brands in the relevant channel. You will be working to a department budget and have responsibility for the promotional strategy, distribution strategy and customer investment strategy. You will work alongside the sales team to create forecasts and to track success rates of promotional strategies. The role will be 90% office based and 10% of the role will involve client site visits. It is essential for this role that you have good interpersonal skills and are proficient with IT packages.

The role:

*Analysis of sales forecasts across all brands

*Negotiating mutually beneficial sales transactions

*Creating invoices for clients

*Analysis of promotional projects to ensure profitability

*Liaising with branding, sales and production team

The Candidate Required:
*Ideally transfer from a finance/accountancy or economics background

*Have experience within a commercial setting

*Must have experience of working within an administrative/office setting
* Ability to communicate to all levels within the business
* Live within a commutable distance to Gloucester
