A newly formed in-house creative agency has been created in Manchester. Working within a global retailer this company have effectively decided to bring all of the design work in-house; creating a real opportunity for the business to transform their range of emerging brands into household names through insightful creative thinking and execution.
The creative team will be able to impact every creative touch point from designing a logo for a new brand/product to creating a beautifully presented brochure and taking the idea through to packaging, website and app. This role will play a key and influential position within this expanding creative department. You will be at the heart of transforming these brands and authoring a brief to create something spectacular across packaging and online.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be the pivotal person within the creative team having complete creative control over the visual styling and concepts to be executed. The Creative Director will be focussed more on the strategy of the agency while you will be the creative head that orchestrates the creative team which will consist of a junior designer, middleweight designer and art director.
This is the perfect role for those senior creatives who are seeking hands on responsibilities from a design output perspective and also the opportunity to mentor, lead and inspire a team.
Based in Manchester city centre, the company are growing fast and have already achieved multi-million pound turnover and have won various awards to support these achievements. They have over multiple brands across various different sectors of retail. You will be a key part in transforming these brands into household names. You will create original, conceptual and visually compelling work, with no brand guidelines place youll have the freedom to take these brands to the next level.
