Person Specification

You should be a reliable KS1/KS2 Teacher who has a history of 'Good' or better classroom practice and experience working with SEN and EAL pupils. You will have the skills to inspire your pupils by creating fun and engaging lessons. Your portfolio will include a natural talent for communication and organisation and a resilient and authoritative character. The KS1/KS2 Teacher post is open to an experienced practitioner or a highly promising Primary NQT.

About the role

In this KS1/KS2 Teacher position you will be taking over a class in either KS1 or KS2 dependent on your skills and development needs. With an experienced member of staff moving on, there is the opportunity for a staff reshuffle and also for the new joiner to adopt responsibility if they so wish. You will join a school which invests heavily in their staff so CPD opportunities will be plentiful. NQTs will have plenty of support throughout the year via a dedicated NQT mentor that who is an "Outstanding" Teacher.
