About Hygiene Solutions

Hygiene Solutions is the leading provider of whole room decontamination technology and systems for hospitals and healthcare facilities. With customers in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, the business integrates its systems into the daily routines of hospitals to reduce the risk of patients acquiring an infection whilst in hospital. To date, the business offers two flagship products; Deprox and Ultra-V. As well as the products themselves, Hygiene Solutions works in conjunction with hospitals and NHS trusts to build proactive and reactive decontamination programmes that work to combat bed-occupancy pressures, patient flow and reduce the risk of specific infections.

Established in 2011, Hygiene Solutions currently works with over 30% of the acute hospitals in the UK Australia and New Zealand. Due to a successful period, Hygiene Solutions is looking to hire three new Client Development Specialists to fill the requirement of the 24-hour help desk and support its continued growth in the UK and overseas.

About the role

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with Hygiene Solutions' customers to determine their needs and/ or issues and then developing proposals that outline how the firm's products can fill these requirements. It's about upselling our products to customers whilst managing the ongoing relationship.

We strongly believe that if we constantly find ways to help and engage our customers with informative, real-life case studies, one day they will have the desire to buy from us. In this role your responsibilities would involve:

Contributing as a team to develop winning campaigns
Delivering outgoing telephone contact campaigns
Preparing presentations and proposals that meet the needs of our customers
Delivering video conferencing presentations to customers and prospects
Following up proposals that we know will meet a current need of our customers and prospects
Celebrating success as a team and with our customers

Working hours/ location

Depending on the candidate, this role will either be situated at our Head Office based in Kings Lynn, or a new satellite office in Kings Cross. The working hours will be 37.5 hours per week.
