Our client is a leading Event Branding company based in Oxfordshire. Due to significant growth plans we are now seeking a proven Business Development Manager to join the team and contribute effectively .

You will be a real "people person" with drive, charisma, vision and a proven track record of attracting new business sales. An ambitious sales professional with a keen interest in sport who will earn new contracts, hit sales targets, has new ideas and the ability to provide routes to revenue that develop and grow the existing business. The role will require you to be responsible and accountable for new client sales, at the right profit margin, with positive customer feedback. To contact potential event promoters, venues or sponsors and meet their key people to engage with and inspire their ideas. To pitch to these potential clients how they can attract more fans, engage more participants and appeal to more sponsors chasing exposure and impact. To show them that elevating the look, feel, atmosphere and impact of their event. To pitch how our client's services will bring them the process, infrastructure and expertise to capture, plan and consistently deliver safe, smart event branding tailored to enhance that stature and revenue of their event with perfect presentation to visitors on site and viewers on screen.

In return, you can expect to be part of a busy, dynamic team in a organisation with real vision, structure and growth plans. There is excellent scope for career progression to Business Development Director for the right candidate. Salary GBP33,000-GBP35,000, with OTE in the first year of circa GBP40,000-GBP42,000, Car Allowance/Company Car plus company phone.
