GBP22k with immediate life assurance cover from commencement of employment) + performance related pay structure in line with increased performance and achievement.
Scarborough , whitby, Bridlington, Malton
37.5 hours Monday to Friday PT Hours will be considered .
35p per business mile

Occupational Competency: Business Admin & Customer Services

Fab Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Assessor for a extremely established private training provider who provides high quality training and learning to all of their customers.
We are now seeking to appoint a pro-active and highly motivated Admin and Customer Services Trainer to deliver training to their learners in North Yorkshire.

Qualifications Required;
- Vocational and delivery experience
- A1 Assessors Award (or equivalent)
- Occupationally competent ideally holding an appropriate - Level 3 qualification in Admin/CS.
- Additional Training qualification i.e. Learning and Development Level 3 /PTLLS or equivalent advantageous.


• To deliver relevant units of competence and assess learners progress in Business Administration Apprenticeship's up to and including Level 4 in the workplace and classroom environment as required.
• Initial learner assessment and diagnostics.
• Maintain all records in line with company procedures together with Awarding Body and Funding Agency requirements.
• Producing and utilising innovative learning material that raise motivation and self-esteem ensuring learners achieve.
• Attendance at SOC meetings, together with any other meetings as required.
• Liaising and building good relationships with Job Centre/other external agencies in conjunction with Centre Manager / BDA.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of people.
• Empathy with needs of client group
• Ability to work systematically and prioritise workload
• Demonstrate achievement of targets and working to deadlines
• Able to respond quickly to change
• Strong written and verbal communication.
