Executive Team Administrator - Working Men's College
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly competent person to provide comprehensive administrative support to the College's Executive Management Team and the Human Resource function
The Executive Team Administrator will provide administrative support to the Executive Management Team which will vary according to the needs of the service but will include administration and support for meetings, diary management and document preparation.
The appointed person will support the HR Manager to deliver all HR activities including: recruitment and selection, pre-employment checks, employment contracts and letters, employee files, training and development, payroll, employee relations and the employee appraisal scheme
This is a demanding job, which will require the appointed candidate to have strong organisational and time management skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook), high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work on their own initiative and excellent communication skills.
Although not essential, it will be advantageous for candidates to have experience of working in a FE College and/or a Human Resources environment.
This role requires the appointed person to undertake an enhanced DBS check
