Exciting permanent job opportunity for an experienced Support Centre Manager in Norwich.

A leading insurance company with a global presence who have recently centralised their underwriting and administration teams to Norwich.

Your new role

Responsible for day to day management of the Centralised Support Centre, to support the Underwriting Business Units and Branch Network Offices in handling administrative tasks in a timely, effective and cost efficient manner. You will play a pivotal role in leading the Supervisors and Staff and introduce a control framework to ensure excellent customer service and data quality standards.

* Manage and direct the Service Centre to meet key business objectives

* Manages resource allocation, key tasks, performance and career progression across the Service Centre including people management of three Supervisors
* Overall responsibility for centralised processing documentation
* Managing queries from Underwriting, Billing & Collections, Re-Insurance, Claims
* Managing KPIs for the team
* Building and maintaining a quality control framework
* Ensures customer satisfaction and building relationships

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates applying must have previous experience of managing a service centre, as well as a knowledge of business processes, with the ability to implement best practices. Administrative, clerical and financial acumen, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. A previous knowledge of the insurance industry would be advantageous.
