Salary: Up to GBP30k plus 40% commission
Location: London & South Easte Currently recruiting for an Agency Sales Manager to join the commercial team of a significant player in the UK media space. Our client connects brands with its valuable audiences by listening to their clients' needs to drive positive outcomes and ROI through tailored advertising solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of 12mths sales experience, ideally in the media sector, but not essential.

We are looking for an externally facing, multimedia salesperson, responsible for maximising revenue and market share opportunities from an allocated set of media agencies. Responsible for building strong relationships at all levels and providing excellent customer service. This role will be responsible for selling all paper, magazines, digital and insert products across all our clients brands.
Accountabilities
• Manage the daily relationship with agency buyers and trade within internal yield/volume parameters.
• Provide excellent levels of customer service, always willing to go the extra mile
• Define ambitious growth objectives for the agency portfolio through an articulate business plan
• Adopt a thorough and analytical approach to sales
• Collaborate across commercial teams to seek out, sell and implement new revenue opportunities
• Interrogate media briefs to maximise the proportion of the business
• Positively communicate insight externally regarding our product and business development
• Produce accurate analytical and financial information when requested
• Build a strong internal and external profile
• Enthusiastic adopter of new IT systems
• Strong awareness of competitor activity

Experience needed;
• Experience working in media sales - passionate about all media platforms
• Experience negotiating price and terms of sales
• Creating and delivering presentations to existing and new customers
• Solid account management experience
• Working with colleagues and customers at all levels
• Familiarity with media research systems (NRS, TGI)
• Worked within a changing environment with a positive approach to new opportunities
