Marketing/Customer Insight Analyst

GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 + first class benefits package

The team you will be joining is at the forefront of providing insight in relation to all marketing channels, offering high quality data led recommendations to improve the customer journey, and maximise the effectiveness of customer communications and marketing campaigns.

Undertaking a wide range of statistical analyses to include:

Analysing of marketing programmes, data extraction to identify effectiveness of campaigns, customer match backs etc; making recommendations to improve impact
Monitoring web analytics, engagement, conversion and acquisition rates.
Supporting project work, for example in relation to proposed changes

Skills and experience required:
•Graduate level of education - Maths/Statistics based
•Relevant experience gained in a regulated insurance/financial services company environment
•Proven successful track record of data analysis/MI analysis in relation to direct marketing
•Good understanding of differing marketing channels, PPC, direct, aggregator, affinity
•Confident in use of:
•Web Analytics Tools SAS database, Excel VBA skills
•Strong report writing skills/presentation for key stakeholders
•Strong communication skills, confident to work collaboratively across the group with peers and management at all levels.
