Graeme Pallas is recruiting for a Synthetic Organic Chemistry Manager to join a contract development and manufacturing organisation at their facility located in Malta on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role will be to oversee an R&D department of Organic Chemists who are responsible for designing and developing new chemical processes for pharmaceutical products.

Further responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring compliance with the GLP laboratory information management system

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Experience developing analytical methods for HPLC, GC or TLC.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Hands-on experience supervising a team off R&D Chemists.

The position is based in Malta, a European country that sees all year round sunshine and is steeped in history dating back over 5000 years. The national language is English so this would be a great position for an Organic Chemist looking to work in a supervisory capacity to live and work in the Mediterranean region.
