HRIS Data Manager

Our client works within the Further and Higher Education sector.

Due to expansion the HR Department, who are very busy, exciting and has a fast-paced agenda ahead of them, are looking for an iTrent HRIS Data Manager.

Reporting directly to the HR Services Manager you will be critical in supporting and ensuring that the HR Department can meet these demands and add value to all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities and development

* Responsible for the maintenance of the iTrent system including administration rights.
* Working with the MIS team to support the introduction of a managed 'self-service access to personal data' system designed to improve efficiency.
* Work closely with MIS colleagues to protect the integrity of the HR system and to identify ways of making whole-scale changes, e.g. changes associated with salary uplifts
* Develop and maintain an effective system
* Increasing awareness and use of the iTrent system functionality.
* Arrange for and monitor delivery or personally deliver training requirements as required for both end users and technically based staff.
* Responsibility for ensuring accurate and up-to-date staffing data which reflects the Organisation's entire workforce, including data audits and cleansing.
* Responsibility for maintaining/updating workforce structure charts and associated inheritance functionality within iTrent.
* Responsibility for analysing reporting, workflow and batching

Experience of working with itrent and other HR systems is essential as well as a passion for HR Systems Data accuracy.
