Time Recruitment are currently selecting for a Nursing Home Manager to commission a brand new care home due to open at the end of Summer 2017 in Leeds. Our client is one of the UKs most successful healthcare brands and offers a diverse range of healthcare services nationally.

The Home:
My client are looking to appoint a Nursing home manager by summer 2017 at the latest to ensure they are well embedded into the company by the time the home opens. This 68 bedded home is set to be one of West Yorkshire's most decadent and luxurious 'new generation' care homes and will offer residential, nursing and specialist dementia care in an expertly designed environment.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced home manager to join this company as a Commissioning Home Manager at one of their brand new homes in Leeds. You will be involved in all aspects of developing, opening and running the home. This will involve marketing the home and company, establishing links with the local community and relevant organisations.

The Candidate:
* Must have previously been involved with the commissioning of a care service
* Must have an excellent ability to lead a team, providing support and encouragement
* Must have experience dealing with various organisations including CQC and other professional bodies
* Will be an influential Care home manager with excellent people skills.
