Person Specification

We are looking for a talented Deputy Headteacher to take on increased responsibility or a current, cheerful Headteacher who is looking to prove themselves in a new environment who has knowledge and experience of school-wide management. You should have the capability to display a leadership style that is powered by raising attainment. You will have the determination and steel to show others around you what it takes to make a difference across the whole school.
