Geography Teacher Specification
The school are looking for a passionate Geography Teacher who has at least 2 years experience of teaching KS4 Geography. You will be responsible for teaching up to GCSE level so the school want to meet teachers who have a history of 'Good' or better teaching and knowledge and experience of working with EAL pupils. This vacancy is open to those who have the skills to create a positive learning environment and a talent for leading enlightening, interactive lessons that stimulate and enthuse mixed ability pupils.

About the Geography Teacher Role
In this role you will teaching up to GCSE level so an excellent knowledge of the KS3 - KS4 curriculum is essential. The Senior Leadership Team can offer you an exhaustive training package, with the aim of providing CPD for all teachers and developing them into 'Outstanding' practitioners. You will be ably assisted in your class by a warm and friendly graduate teaching assistant who has an excellent understanding of the school and its pupils. Your teaching style should focus on encouraging high levels of academic achievement to children of all abilities.
