Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Company: An award winning business, with sites across Somerset, working within the FMCG sector. This business has consistently grown year on year presenting excellent opportunities for staff development. Role: This role offers a chance to join a relatively newly established Financial Planning team that reports directly into the executive team. You will be charged with the task of providing real time information on the performance of a production site. You will be Business Partnering with the Site Manager to critically analyse costs associated with production of goods, and will therefore need to be keep to get stuck in and be inquisitive. This role is designed to highlight where cost savings can be made at the site and to query any variance against the budget. You will also be looking into capital investment and new product investment. You will be working closely with the group commercial and marketing teams in order to provide them a cost forecast to establish the likely return on investment. As well as this you will be providing monthly management accounts and weekly flash reports to give a current overview of financial performance. Key skills: You will be a CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified AccountantStandard Costing experienceExperience working within manufacturing / FMCGAn inquisitive natureConfident communicatorProject managementStrong systems understanding This role will require travel between the head office in South Bristol and the production site near Chard.
